How to Qualify for the BPA World Series

1. Team must be BPA Registered for the current year and have its roster posted at playbpa.com. (Must also have team insurance.)

2. Team must receive a berth by qualifying for the BPA World Series.

Contact your State Director for detailed qualifying procedures within your State.

3. ALL TEAMS MUST PARTICIPATE in their "HOME" STATE CHAMPIONSHIP to VALIDATE the berth.
    Note:
PARTICIPATE / PLAY in the STATE TOURNAMENT means a team must physically play in the tournament or lose their berth.  Paying & NOT SHOWING for the STATE TOURNAMENT WILL BE CAUSE FOR YOU TO LOSE YOUR BERTH!

4. All teams MUST enter the BPA World Series through their "Home State" Director (or Zone Office if no State Director).

5. Follow the entry instructions and deadlines listed in the online BPA World Series Packet
(available at bpanorth.com).

1.     Teams will be offered and receive a berth to the BPA World Series by finishing first or second in a BPA qualifying or State tournament in Indiana. The berth offered from a qualifying tournament must be validated by participating in the “home” BPA State Tournament (regardless of finish).   [See note in #3 above]

2.     Teams will be offered and receive a direct berth to the BPA World Series by finishing first or second in a BPA NIT tournament (not required to validate berth by participating in State tourney, but may play in the state if desired).

3.     A BPA Indiana team that participates in three (3) Indiana BPA events including the BPA IN State Tournament, but that has not finished first or second in any and has not been offered a berth from said participation, may be eligible and offered an “At-Large Berth” to the BPA World Series by the IN BPA State Director.

Note: Failure of team to submit the BPA World Series Entry Form, entry fee, SIGNED Online Roster, and COPY of Insurance Certificate by the deadline listed in the online packet will result in the team losing their berth.
