Hi, my name is Paul Jellison, I'm the Indiana Baseball Player Association Umpire in Chief. I'm in my 5th year as UIC and 8th year with BPA. I bring 10+years of umpiring experience to the BPA and I look forward to passing this knowledge on to the umpires/fans/coaches/players. My commitment is to bring a professional approach to the BPA and it's umpires. I am a 2005 graduate of The Harry Wendelstedt Umpire School a five week umpiring course. I will be having two meetings this spring. The first one will be at the CCAC in Warsaw Saturday February 25th from noon EST until around 2. This is for the more experienced umpire. The second will be Sunday March 25th from noon EST until 3pm at Newton Park in Lakeville, IN this is more for the beginner. We will spend most of the time on the field for this one.
