I would like to welcome everyone to the 2011 baseball season. My name is Paul Jellison and I am the Umpire in Chief for Indiana BPA. I bring 10+years of umpiring experience to the BPA and I look forward to passing this knowledge on to the umpires/fans/coaches of the Baseball Players Association. My commitment is to bring a professional approach to the BPA. I am a 2005 graduate of The Harry Wendelstedt Umpire School a five week umpiring course. So I love talking baseball rules and situations, I also love baseball trivia. 

This year the NSA/BPA Northern Zone meeting will be in Warsaw January Saturday 28.

I also will be holding an Umpire meeting on Sunday March 6th from 10AM to 2:00pmEST at the CCAC in Warsaw. And one March 25th in Muncie at the Muncie Visitors Bureau from 6-10pm. The cost will be $10.00 to attend. These meetings are for all Umpires age 16 and up. PLEASE RSVP
